Point Arkwright

Rugged Headland

Soaring Brahmany Kite & sheer cliff faces

The views from the Point Arkwright grassy headland is simply stunning.   Located only a short 2km from Main Beach it is prized as a haven for land based whale watching and turtles with several purpose built viewing platforms.  The lush rolling foredunes meet the crashing waves of Yaroomba beach and the views stretch all the way to Point Cartwright.  Its also a great place to see the brahmany kites soaring through the sky.

Some of the first beach shacks in the area still remain with mix of unit style development.  With only 16 streets in this suburb, It is a tightly held real estate location and a hot spot for buyers.
