We caught up with Steve Lane, Sales Manager who shared with us what he loves about living in Coolum Beach.

What makes a house a home?

The memories are spending great moments with friends and family.

What’s your favourite way to enjoy being at home?
Sunrise over the ocean through the trees is pretty special.

What do you love most about your home?

It’s a very Tranquil and private setting yet only a few minutes to Coolum.

What makes for good design?

Good design you never tire of, it doesn’t go off trend .

Which properties stand out to you?

Properties with potential unique characteristics and something that’s hard to find.

As you see alot of homes which has been your favourite?

Probably a sale recently in Dewar Street in Point Arkwright, It was an original 50s Beach shack and I got to know the family and hear the history and memories of Summer Holidays in days gone by.

 

Is there a particular design theme you are attracted to?

Fully integrated outdoor living in our climate and lifestyle that goes way beyond simply having a large deck.

If you were selling what would be your number one MUST DO to get sale ready?

Don’t be afraid to get good honest advice you can never go wrong with specialist working for you.

When you are buying what is your number one tip to share?

Don’t regret missing out on the property that you really love based on price if you can afford it go for!

What was the first property you purchased?

Located only 2 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD in a backing onto a Bushland Gully it was an old Queenslander that I renovated over a few years.

What is your top investment tip?
Don’t be scared to take on a property others won’t, that’s probably where the good buying is you might see something they don’t.

What do you love most about your suburb?

The sense of community usually only found in a country town with the added bonus of beautiful beaches and bays right on your doorstep.
