Most memorable sale

14 Grandview Drive, Coolum Beach. We went under contract while the vendors were in Morocco on holidays. They awoke to have a text giving them the good news. I was happy to announce the day they returned that it had sold $200,000 over the bank valuation and reserve, and was the highest house sale price in Coolum Beach that year. We had dinner and celebrated with champagne, I was lucky enough to sell them a parcel of land, recommend an architect and have built a life long friendship throughout the process.

Favorite Travel Destination

The Mediterranean – Stunning geography, history that you can immerse yourself in without having to go to a museum, culture that embraces food, wine and family. What more could you ask for?

Last Meal

Fresh seafood, but it would be the company I was eating with that would be more important.

Can’t live without

Exercise – I enjoy hitting the water whenever I get the opportunity.

Something about you we wouldn’t know

Spent a lot of time backpacking throughout Europe and would catch up each year with fellow travellers from around the world on a secluded beach in Greece for 3-4 months at a time. We lived in bamboo huts that we built next to a waterfall and created lifelong friends with have lived very rich and diverse lives since.
