Peregian Springs

Master-planned & family-friendly

Peregian Springs is a master-planned Sunshine Coast suburb with modern homes, including many golf frontage luxury residences, that escapes the tourist influx during peak season yet is within walking distance to the beach via Havana Road and the Sunshine Motorway overpass.

Only a drive of five minutes or so from either Coolum Beach or Peregian Beach, with lifestyle amenities including an 18-hole championship golf course open to the public and the multi-million dollar Rec Club with facilities including a gym, tennis courts and heated lap pool for exclusive use by residents of The Ridges estate and their guests.

Many residents of The Ridges Peregian Springs have the Emu Mountain section of Noosa National Park only a short five or 10-minute walk away, with one of two beach accesses within about 20 minutes on foot located directly east of the summit through national park. A slightly closer beach access for those who've walked from Peregian Springs is via Pitta Street at the southern end of Peregian Beach.

Very family-friendly with lots of parks and great schools either in the suburb or close by, Peregian Springs also has arguably one the Sunshine Coast's most popular dog parks. Located on The Avenue opposite what locals affectionately know as "the duck pond", it provides a great alternative to taking the pooch to Stumers Creek dog beach.
