Tips for Winter Indoor Plants
- Show me the light – The sun changes course during winter. Track the light in the house and move the plants around to suit
- Location – Check the plant isnt going to get a blast of cold air, or near a window. It may cause it stress and its leaves will fall off, Some plants prefer to be near the heater
- Water – With a drop in temperature many plants arent as thirsty
- Fertilise – A slow release fertiliser is the best way to keep them healthy
- Dust – An enemy of us all, dust can slow down your plant’s growth by impeding photosynthesis. Clean leaves with a (50:50) solution of milk and water to keep leaves glossy and dust-free.
